Can I bring my pet to our Family Portrait Session?
Yes! All pets are always welcome! Pets are a part of our family!
Will I be charged extra if we exceed our scheduled shoot time?
No, as long as we do not go over 2 extra hours, and as long as I do not have any other shoots scheduled after your shoot.
Why do I have to sign a service agreement before my photo shoot?
A service agreement is a legal agreement that protects both the photographer and the client. By signing this agreement, you (the client) agree to the photographer's terms and conditions, and you are also giving the photographer permission to photograph you and your family, or any persons included in your group photo sessions.
How long will it take for you to complete my edited photos?
It depends on the type of photo shoot and how many people were photographed. The more people, and the longer we shoot for, the more photos there will be to edit. Please take into consideration that Valery also works a full-time job, therefore her editing time is limited. The typical timeframe for edits is to expect three to six weeks to receive your edited photos.
Can you give me the unedited photos so I can edit them myself?
No. The photographer owns the rights to all photos created from his or her cameras. Every photographer has their own editing style (like an artist), and our art work is unique. You can purchase a copyright release if you would like. A copyright release is $2,000.00. If you would like to purchase a copyright release, please email us via the contact page and we will write up an agreement for that for you and set up payment.
